Just as physicists labored to decipher the  perfection of a Stradivarius violin, the Mayfield  Brewmaster has sought to unlock the genius of brewing traditions during Europe’s Golden Age of Brewing.  

Ready your tongue for an amazing experience. Our beers are extensively aged in seasoned wine barrels that impart deep, rich flavors that infuse each beer with wine and oak nuances for a life-to-the-fullest beer like nothing you’ve tasted before. 

Our secret is in the balance and blending. Through our wine-barrel aging process, each  beer achieves grace notes of wine varietals carefully matched to superbly complement each unique flavor profile.  All is mellowed by additional bottle aging.  Just as there can be only one Stradivarius—nothing compares to an Iconoclast!
